INSTRUCTIONS
1. The brochure listing the scholarships provides information on what is available and each scholarships requirements. You will need to indicate on the application form which scholarships you are applying for.

2. The application forms (both are included in the application link) can be filled out online and submitted online to the scholarships committee. We strongly recommend you print a copy for yourself as a backup for your records. When you click submit on the form it will give you the option to print as well as the option to email.

3. If you choose the online submission you MUST print, sign and mail the email disclosure form
