Foundation Scholarships

INSTRUCTIONS

1. The brochure listing the scholarships provides information on what is available and each scholarship's requirements. You will need to indicate on the application form which scholarships you are applying for.

2. We are testing a new online scholarship program this year. Please complete your form online, print a copy of your completed form before you hit submit. After you have printed your application, submit the file online and forward a hard copy to the HCF Scholarship address below.

3. Please read all of the instructions in the 2013 Application Procedures.

All applications should be mailed by 1st Class mail with sufficient postage to:
